You will have a set date and time for your lesson each week that is reserved just for you.

• Each month you will get a list of available lesson dates and choose three from the 3-5 available options.
• If you want to schedule more than three lessons for the month, you can use roll over lessons or purchase additional lessons during your reserved standing appointment time, or any other available appointment time.

• Executive members do not need to schedule lessons each month. Your spot will be there for you to take a lesson during your reserved standing appointment time as often as you like!
  Each lesson is up to 50 minutes in length, depending on your needs for the day. At Play Nately, lessons are about learning new skills you need to play well with others, and not about watching the clock. Mark your calendar for a full 50 minutes in case we need it, but if we reach our objectives for the day earlier, we won't use the whole 50 minutes.
  
  

• Membership fees are a flat rate, billed monthly. There are no refunds for membership fees.
• You can upgrade your membership at any time by paying the difference in membership cost for that month.
• You will receive your invoice by the 23rd of each month, and payment will be due on the 28th of each month for the upcoming month’s membership, along with your lesson date choices for the upcoming month.
• If your choices aren’t submitted by the 28th of the month, that's ok! Three lesson dates will be chosen for you and you’ll get a notification letting you know when your lessons will take place.
• You may purchase additional lessons during your reserved standing appointment time or any other appointment time for 10% off the Lessons A La Carte rate.

• Gonna miss a lesson? You can request a video lesson to be recorded during your reserved standing appointment time if you can't make it to your lesson. 
• Video lessons are available to Basic, Premium, and Executive members. 
• Video lessons must be requested in advance.
• Length and content of your video lesson will be based on your recent practice ethic and your unique needs, at your teacher's discretion.
• All video and audio lessons are the intellectual property of Nate Lee, LLC. Video and audio lessons are for you only, and may not be shared with other parties.

Make-up lessons:

• Can't make your lesson? As a Premium or Executive member, you can schedule a make-up lesson in the event that you can't attend your previously scheduled lesson.
• Make-up lessons are subject to availability, so make sure to plan ahead if you would like to reschedule a lesson.
• No notice is required to schedule a make-up lesson - you can reschedule any time prior to the start of your lesson.
  

• Premium and Executive members can “bank” unused lessons and use them as rollover lessons, or to purchase Lessons A La Carte. Rollover lessons are lessons you take in addition to the three lessons that come with your membership.
• You can use rollover lessons to schedule lessons during your reserved standing appointment time, or for any available Lessons A La Carte appointment time.
• No notice is required to schedule a rollover lesson - you can request a rollover lesson any time prior to the start of your lesson.
• The use of rollover lessons does not reduce the price of monthly membership.
• Rollover lessons expire six months after their originally scheduled date.
